BBQ Rub

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Sprinkle onto meat of your choice.
  3. Rub into meat.
  4. Let meat marinate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Bake or smoke pork until internal temperature reaches the magical "Fall off the bone" temperature of 200F (93C).
  6. 1 teaspoon of natural meat tenderizer is optional.
