Creamy Meat-Wrapped Soft-Boiled Eggs
- 10 Egg
- 10 slice Thinly Sliced Pork Belly (seasoned with salt and pepper)
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) sauce
- Put the eggs in a pan of cold water and bring to the boil.
- When boiled, leave to cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Peel the shell away from the eggs gently whilst rinsing with cold water.
- Season the meat with a little salt and pepper and wrap around the eggs.
- Lightly dust with katakuriko.
- Add plenty of oil to a frying pan.
- Add the eggs and keep turning them around until all the meat is cooked.
- Take the eggs out of the pan and pat away the excess oil with a paper towel.
- Coat with the sauce and they're ready.
- I made these together with some okra rolls.
