Pear Salad With Lemon Dill Dressing

  1. Salad:.
  2. Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
  3. Top with chopped pears.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Spread toasted pecans on the top of the salad last.
  6. Dressing:.
  7. Mix mayo and lemon juice well.
  8. Add dill and Splenda mixing well.
  9. Lastly slowly incorporate the heavy cream.
  10. Refridgerate at least 4 hours.
  11. Serve dressing with salad.
