Pear Salad With Lemon Dill Dressing
- 1 (10 ounce) package Baby Spinach
- 2 large sweet ripe pears
- 12 cup mild shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup toasted whole pecans
- 12 cup meyer lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 3 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute or 3 teaspoons sugar
- 12 cup heavy cream
- Salad:.
- Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
- Top with chopped pears.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Spread toasted pecans on the top of the salad last.
- Dressing:.
- Mix mayo and lemon juice well.
- Add dill and Splenda mixing well.
- Lastly slowly incorporate the heavy cream.
- Refridgerate at least 4 hours.
- Serve dressing with salad.
