Hot Peanut Sauce

• 4 tablespoons peanut butter
• 4 tablespoons hot water
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

1. In a small bowl combine peanut butter and water; mix until a smooth paste forms.
2. Stir in soy sauce, then brown sugar, cayenne and lemon juice.
3. Mix by hand until well combined and smooth.
