Smoked Tenderloin Salad Recipe

  1. Mix vinaigrette ingredients thoroughly and set aside.
  2. Rub surface of pork well with liquid smoke.
  3. Roast at 450 degrees for 20 min.
  4. Meanwhile arrange lettuce, watercress and orange slices on individual plates.
  5. Slice tenderloin thinly and arrange over greens.
  6. Drizzle each salad with sauce, garnish with minced pistachios.
  7. Serves 4.
