3-Step Carmel Pecan Cheesecake

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Add eggs; mix until well blended.
  3. Melt carmels with milk on low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Pour carmel mixture into crust.
  6. Top with cream cheese batter.
  7. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  8. Cool.
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
