Super Easy Lasagna
- 8 sheets Lasagna noodles (dried)
- 1 Melting cheese
- 1 Parmesan cheese
- 6 tbsp Cake flour
- 60 grams Butter
- 400 ml Milk
- 2 tsp Consomme soup stock granules
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 300 grams Ground meat
- 2 can Canned tomatoes
- 2 tsp Consomme soup stock granules
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- 1 tsp plus ~ (to taste) Salt
- 1 Krazy salt (optional)
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 100 ml Water
- White Sauce: Microwave the cake flour and butter for 1.5 minutes at 1000 W and mix well.
- Slowly mix in the milk and microwave for 6 minutes at 600 W. Add the seasonings and mix well.
- When the mixture becomes thick, it's ready.
- Meat Sauce Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and lightly saute the garlic and onion until they turn brown.
- Add the ground meat and fry well.
- Add the canned tomatoes, consomme soup stock granules, nutmeg, salt, Krazy salt, ketchup, sugar, Parmesan cheese, and water, then simmer.
- Turn off the heat when there is some liquid left in the pot.
- Lay out the lasagna noodle meat sauce lasagna noodle white sauce lasagna in that order.
- Spread the white sauce meat sauce, and top with cheese at the end.
- Leave it for 10 minutes to soften the lasagna noodles.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 250C, and done.
