SHAKE'N BAKE Cajun Chicken Bites
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 envelope Shake'N Bake Crispy Cajun Coating Mix
- 1/2 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup HEINZ Chili Sauce
- 2 tsp. Dijon or HEINZ Yellow Mustard
- CUT each chicken breast into 6 to 7 nuggets; empty coating into shaker bag.
- Moisten chicken and shake 4 to 5 pieces at a time in coating mix.
- PLACE nuggets on foil-lined shallow pan and bake at 400F (200C) for 10 minutes.
- MIX mayonnaise, chili sauce and mustard; dip nuggets into sauce and serve with fresh vegetable sticks.
- REFRIGERATE until serving time.
