Grilled Steak & Vegetable Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Reserve 1/3 cup dressing.
  3. Brush remaining dressing lightly onto steak and cut sides of peppers.
  4. Place steak and peppers on grill, dressing-sides down, on grill grate.
  5. Grill 10 min.
  6. or until steak is medium doneness (160F), turning steak after 5 min.
  7. (No need turn peppers.)
  8. Meanwhile, cover 4 serving plates with salad greens; top with tomatoes and onions.
  9. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; cut peppers into strips.
  10. Arrange meat and peppers over salads.
  11. Drizzle with reserved dressing.
