Spring Shrimp Salad

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
  2. Combine reserved juice, oil, honey and lemon juice in small bowl.
  3. Combine salad greens, peas, pineapple, carrot and shrimp in large bowl.
  4. Stir dressing; pour over salad.
  5. Toss gently to coat.
