Oatmeal Blueberry White Chocolate Cookies
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Land O Lakes Eggs
- 3/4 cup dried blueberries*
- 1 cup white baking chips
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in bowl; set aside.
- Combine butter and brown sugar in another bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy.
- Add eggs; continue beating until well mixed.
- Add flour mixture; beat at low speed until well mixed.
- Stir in blueberries and white baking chips.
- Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets; flatten slightly.
- Bake 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
- Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to cooling rack.
- *Substitute your favorite dried fruit.
