Oatmeal Blueberry White Chocolate Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in bowl; set aside.
  3. Combine butter and brown sugar in another bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy.
  4. Add eggs; continue beating until well mixed.
  5. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed until well mixed.
  6. Stir in blueberries and white baking chips.
  7. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets; flatten slightly.
  8. Bake 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  9. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to cooling rack.
  10. *Substitute your favorite dried fruit.
