Holiday Meatballs
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. green onions (tops)
- 1 c. plain bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. thyme powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. sugar
- hot sauce
- salt and pepper
- Meatballs:
- Mix onions, celery, garlic, chopped green onion tops, bread crumbs, chili powder, thyme and paprika to ground meat.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Form into bite-size balls.
- Bake in oven at 350u0b0 until brown.
