Broken Glass Salad
- 1 lemon jello
- 1 lime jello
- 1 strawberry jello
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 envelope Knox gelatin
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 20 graham crackers
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter
- Mold jello
- in
- separate
- flat
- pans, using 1 1/2 cups water for each.
- Chill
- until
- firm, then cut into small squares.
- Heat pineapple juice.
- Dissolve
- Knox gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water and add pineapple juice.
- Chill
- until
- it
- starts
- to set.
- Add to 2 cups whipped cream; sugar and
- vanilla.
- Fold in jello cubes. Make crumbs of graham crackers, sugar
- and butter.
- Line dish with crumbs.
- Add filling and sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top.
