Broken Glass Salad

  1. Mold jello
  2. in
  3. separate
  4. flat
  5. pans, using 1 1/2 cups water for each.
  6. Chill
  7. until
  8. firm, then cut into small squares.
  9. Heat pineapple juice.
  10. Dissolve
  11. Knox gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water and add pineapple juice.
  12. Chill
  13. until
  14. it
  15. starts
  16. to set.
  17. Add to 2 cups whipped cream; sugar and
  18. vanilla.
  19. Fold in jello cubes. Make crumbs of graham crackers, sugar
  20. and butter.
  21. Line dish with crumbs.
  22. Add filling and sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top.
