Tuna and Black Bean Salad Wraps

  1. In a large bowl, combine beans, tuna, tomatoes, onion, peppers, oil and lime juice.
  2. Toss gently, being careful to keep tuna in bite-size pieces.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
  4. Add parsley and cilantro; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon or scoop tuna salad into lettuce leaves.
  6. Fold up leaves and eat taco style.
