Country Chicken & Rice Bake
- 1 cup MINUTE Premium White Rice, uncooked
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 3/4 cup chopped onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP or MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
- 1-3/4 cups water
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
- Place rice in greased 12x8-inch baking dish.
- Mix vegetables and seasonings; spoon over rice.
- Mix soup and dressing; gradually stir in water.
- Pour 1/2 of the soup mixture over vegetables; top with chicken and remaining soup mixture.
- Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and rice is cooked.
- Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
