Lighter Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. In a mixing bowl cream together butter and sugars.
  2. Add egg and vanilla, beat to mix.
  3. In another bowl mix flours, oatmeal, soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture slowly, alternating with adding pumpkin.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 350 for 12-13 minutes or until lightly browned.
