Ginataang Pinoy

  1. Add 1/2 cup coconut milk in a pan.
  2. Add Knorr cube seasoning and gently boil.
  3. Add ginger, sliced onions and tomatoes for 3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken (meat), salt and boil
  5. until half cooked. Add vegetables and cook another 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Add the remaining coconut milk and cook 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Add fresh peppers on top.
  9. Transfer to a platter and place onion rings on top.
  10. Serve with rice and potatoes.
