Melt in Your Mouth Macaroni and Cheese
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 lb Velveeta Cheese
- 1 lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 box Macaroni
- 1/2 cup Italian Seasoned Panko
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In double boiler melt butter.
- Then add flour and stir together until thick.
- Wisk in milk.
- Continue to wisk until sauce thickens.
- Add Worcestershire Sauce.
- Cut up cheese into smaller pieces and stir into sauce.
- Add pepper and continue stirring sauce until cheese melts.
- In another cook box of macaroni according to directions on box.
- Drain macaroni and pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Pour cheese sauce over macaroni and stir to mix.
- Sprinkle Panko over macaroni and bake until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
