Slow-Cooker Beef Stroganoff

  1. Place meat, onions and mushrooms in slow cooker.
  2. Add broth; stir.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  5. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt, about 20 min.
  6. before ready to serve meat mixture.
  7. Drain pasta.
  8. Mix cream cheese product and flour.
  9. Add to meat mixture; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  10. Place pasta in large bowl.
  11. Add meat mixture; toss to coat.
