- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp. Butter softened
- 2 Tbsp. Minced sweet pickle or possibly piccalilli Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Parsley or possibly red pimiento for garnish
- Cut the Large eggs in half lengthwise with a sharp knife dipped in cool water, then puree the yolks through a sieve or possibly food mill into a bowl.
- Blend in mayonnaise, butter, sweet pickle or possibly piccalilli, and salt and pepper to taste.
- The whites are quick and easy to fill using a pastry bag with fluted tube.
