Italian Green Beans(Microwave)

  1. Place garlic and oil in a 13 x 10 x 2-inch dish.
  2. Cook, uncovered, at 100% for about 1 minute.
  3. Remove from oven.
  4. Stir in thyme, oregano and tomatoes.
  5. Cook, uncovered, for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in green beans and black pepper.
  6. Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap.
  7. Cook for 7 minutes. Carefully prick plastic to release steam (be very careful of steam that will escape).
  8. Uncover and stir in lemon juice.
  9. Serves 4 (76 calories per serving).
