Caramelized Onion and Beer Dip

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add yellow onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. or until tender.
  4. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.
  5. or until onions are golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add beer; stir.
  7. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  8. Toss cheese with flour.
  9. Add to beer mixture; cook and stir 1 to 3 min.
  10. or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
  11. Top with bacon and green onions.
