Asian Barbecue Pizza, 7-inch

  1. Brush pizza crusts with oil.
  2. Mix barbecue sauce and soy sauce; spread evenly over crusts.
  3. Top with meat.
  4. Toss cheese, carrots and peanuts in large bowl; sprinkle over meat.
  5. Place crusts on sheet pans.
  6. Bake in 375F-convection oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges of crusts are golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions and cilantro.
  8. Cut each pizza into 4 wedges to serve.
