Asian Barbecue Pizza, 7-inch
- 12 each Pre-baked pizza crusts ( 7 inch)
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3 cups OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 qt. cooked pork shoulder, shredded Safeway Buy 1 Get 3 Free thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 qt. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups carrots, shredded Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Brush pizza crusts with oil.
- Mix barbecue sauce and soy sauce; spread evenly over crusts.
- Top with meat.
- Toss cheese, carrots and peanuts in large bowl; sprinkle over meat.
- Place crusts on sheet pans.
- Bake in 375F-convection oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges of crusts are golden brown.
- Sprinkle with green onions and cilantro.
- Cut each pizza into 4 wedges to serve.
