Shish Kabob BBQ Sauce
- 1 package Dried Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/4 cups Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Cool.
- Use as a marinade for beef shish kabobs (beef, onions, cherry tomatoes, red and yellow peppers on a skewer).
- Grill.
- Reserve some of the sauce to pass at the table.
- Serve baked potatoes, and top with sauce, too.
