Crispy Turkey Strips Recipe

• 1 pound turkey, cut up
• 2 beaten Large eggs
• 1/4 c. butter
• 1/2 c. Bisquick
• 1/2 c. corn flakes crumbs
• 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper

1. Mix Bisquick, corn flake crumbs, chili pwdr, oregano leaves and pepper.
2. Roll turkey in Large eggs, then corn flake mix.
3. Cook in butter till golden brown.
