Curly Endive Salad With Beetroot and Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 12 small onion
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon mustard
- pepper
- salt
- 200 g curly endive lettuce
- 1 cooked beet
- Roast sunflower seeds in a dry pan or skillet.
- Chop onion finely.
- Prepare a dressing from vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to taste; mix with onion.
- Clean endive and cut into thin strips.
- Clean beetroot and cut chop coarsely.Mix endive, beetroot and dressing; distribute sunflower seeds on top.
