Crockpot Chicken

  1. Put in 1/2 of the broth, followed by 1/2 the carrots-celery-onion.
  2. Put in the chicken (if using whole chicken, place the back side down).
  3. Add remaining broth, veggies, and seasonings.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW heat for 7-10 hrs, or on HIGH for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hrs.
  5. Remove chicken CAREFULLY as it will practically fall off the bones.
  6. You can used frozen veggies in lieu of fresh to save time.
