Lemon Angel Hair
- 8 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta
- 14 cup minced fresh parsley
- 3 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 13 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the parsley, lemon peel and garlic in oil until garlic is tender.
- Drain pasta; add to the skillet.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper; toss to coat.
- Top with parmesan cheese.
