Sauteed Shrimp Cocktail

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and herbes de Provence.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 2 minutes each side.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, maple syrup, turmeric, and basil until smooth.
  6. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
  7. Place the yogurt mixture in a dipping bowl.
  8. Place the bowl of dipping sauce on a serving platter with the cooked shrimp.
