Apricot Cookies

  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Add everything but coconut and apricots.
  3. Mix until smooth (will be dry and flakey).
  4. Add coconut and apricot preserves.
  5. Drop by tsp.
  6. on ungreased sheets.
  7. Bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes.
  8. Should not brown.
  9. Frosting: Beat until smooth and ice cooled cookies.
