Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix until blended.
  4. Drop by 1-1/2 tablespoons for small pancakes and 2 tablespoons for large pancakes on hot, lightly greased griddlt or frying pan (375F).
  5. Cook until bubbles form on top and the edge appears dry.
  6. Turn and cook until lightly browned.
  7. Serve with warm applesauce.
