Cajun Martini Recipe
- 1 x Jalapeno pepper sliced up to stem
- 1/2 bot Gin
- 1/2 bot Vermouth Pickled green tomato
- Add in jalapeno to gin bottle, fill gin bottle up to lip with vermouth.
- Chill 8 to 16 hrs (but no longer).
- Strain through a double layer of cheesecloth in a funnel into a clean bottle.
- Pour into chilled glass.
- Garnish with pickled green tomato.
- This recipe yields 5 to 6 (7-oz) drinks.
