Cajun Martini Recipe

  1. Add in jalapeno to gin bottle, fill gin bottle up to lip with vermouth.
  2. Chill 8 to 16 hrs (but no longer).
  3. Strain through a double layer of cheesecloth in a funnel into a clean bottle.
  4. Pour into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with pickled green tomato.
  6. This recipe yields 5 to 6 (7-oz) drinks.
