Jewish Apple Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  3. Skin, core and slice the 5 apples.
  4. Then in a semi-large plastic bag, mix the apples and the cinnamon by shaking the bag vigorously until the apples are thoroughly covered in cinnamon.
  5. Mix the first six ingredients, then add oil, eggs and orange juice (batter should be thick).
  6. Next, layer the batter like this:
  7. batter on bottom, apples, batter, apples, etc., until all the apples are used up. Finish up with the batter on top.
  8. When the cake rises, put a little walnuts and sugar on top.
  9. Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes. Enjoy!
