Barbequed Ribs Recipe

  1. Put onion and lemon slices over ribs and bake in a shallow pan (cake pan) for 45 min at 425 degrees or possibly till well browned.
  2. Drain off all fat.
  3. Saute/fry onions and celery in butter.
  4. Add in all other sauce ingredients.
  5. (Use a large saucepan or possibly Dutch oven.)
  6. Simmer 10 to 15 min.
  7. Pour sauce over ribs and bake, uncovered for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs at 325 degrees.
  8. Baste and turn occasionally.
