Beth's Jello Salad Recipe

  1. Bring cider to boil, dissolve Jello in cider; set aside.
  2. Drain cherries, save syrup.
  3. Cut cherries in half; set aside.
  4. Add in sufficient water to syrup to make 1 1/2 c., stir into Jello.
  5. Take 2 c. of above and set aside.
  6. Refrigeraterest till partially set.
  7. To partially set Jello add in celery, nuts and cherries.
  8. Put into 6 1/2 c. mold, refrigeratetill almost hard.
  9. With Jello which has been set aside add in cream cheese.
  10. Stir till fluid, add in applesauce.
  11. Put into mold.
  12. Refrigeratetill set.
  13. Line with lettuce.
