Spicy Mac and Cheese
- 4 ounces whole wheat spiral pasta
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 5 ounces rotel (hot or original)
- boil whole wheat spiral pasta until tender.
- drain water.
- add 8 oz of velveeta and can of rotel tomatoes.
- stir everything together until cheese is melted.
- let cool down for about a minute or two and serve.
