Chicken Cranberry Ring
- 2 cans (12.5 Oz. Size) All White Meat Chicken Or 2 Boneless, Skinless Breasts, Boiled And Shredded
- 1- 1/4 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese, Divided
- 1/2 cups Celery, Diced
- 1/2 cups Craisins Or Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise (I Only Use Best Foods)
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 containers (8 Oz. Tube) Crescent Rolls
- 1 Egg White, Beaten
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a bowl combine the chicken, 1 cup of the cheese, celery, cranberries, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and set aside.
- On a round baking stone or a large baking sheet lined with parchment, place the crescent rolls in the shape of a sunflower.
- Scoop the filling evenly in a circle closest to the inside edge.
- Bring the point of the crescent up and over the filling and tuck under to seal.
- Brush with egg white and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
- Serves 8.

- Note: recipe may be easily halved to serve less people.
