Chutney Sandwich
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened, Shredded Coconut (if Frozen, Thaw)
- 2 cups Chopped Cilantro
- 2 sprigs Mint Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Ginger
- 1 whole Jalapeno
- 1/2 teaspoons Tamarind Or Juice Of Half Lemon
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- White Bread, For Assembling Sandwiches
- In a blender, using the grind option, grind all the ingredients (except bread) until a thick, semi-chunky ground mixture is formed.
- Spread chutney onto bread.
- If using optional fillers, place onto bread and sandwich 2 slices together .
- Repeat for the desired number of sadwiches.
- Cut into shapes using cookie cutters or knife off edges.
