Yogurt-Curry Dressing
- 16 ounces yogurt, low-fat
- 2 3/4 teaspoons curry powder madras or other hot variety
- 1 1/2 teaspoon mild curry paste
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- Combine yogurt, curry powder, curry paste, worcestershire, salt and pepper in bowl and mix well.
- Makes slightly more than 1 cup dressing.
