Baked Flounder With Crab Stuffing Recipe

  1. Make stuffing by sauteing onion, shallot, garlic, celery and bell pepper in margarine.
  2. When tender, add in crabmeat, bread crumbs and seasoning.
  3. Bind together with egg.
  4. Make a slit across the back of each fish.
  5. Generously fill the slits with stuffing.
  6. Heat butter in pan; lay fish in pan being careful not to overlap.
  7. Place dark side of fish up.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees covered for about30 min.
