Fresh Cucumber Shrimp Salsa
- 1 whole English Cucumber, Diced
- 1 pound Cocktail Size Shrimp
- 3 whole Firm Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- 2 whole Jalapenos, Seeded And Diced
- 2 whole Firm Avocados, Peeled And Diced
- 1/2 cups Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt, Or To Taste
- In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together carefully.
- If you like hot salsa, dont seed the jalapenos.
- Wear gloves to protect your hands while working with jalapenos.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- If you dont have English cucumbers in a store near you, 2 peeled regular cucumbers will work.
