Foil Grilled Yellowtail

  1. Prepare a piece of aluminium foil large enough to wrap the fish.
  2. Slice the onion and garlic, break up the shimeji mushrooms.
  3. Spread the olive oil on the foil and place the fish seasoned with salt and pepper both sides.
  4. Put the sliced onion, shimeji mushrooms and sliced garlic on the top of fish.
  5. Add a tsp of lemon juice and a half tsp of soy sauce.
  6. Wrap the foil around the fish.
  7. Put in a frying pan.
  8. With the lid on, cook for about 15 min on a low heat.
  9. Check if the fish is cooked or not.
  10. If it's done, serve and enjoy!
