Bisquick Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except oats and raisins, blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in oats and raisins.
  4. Drop by heaping teaspoonsful 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake 9 to 13 minutes until light golden brown.
  6. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
