Bisquick Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raisins, seedless
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except oats and raisins, blend until smooth.
- Stir in oats and raisins.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonsful 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake 9 to 13 minutes until light golden brown.
- Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
