Kuzumochi-Style Tofu Dessert

  1. Drain the tofu and cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Cut after draining the water.
  3. Just before serving, top with kinako and ground white sesame seeds to your liking.
  4. Drizzle as much maple syrup as you please.
