Shrimp-Crab Gumbo

  1. Heat the margarine in a large skillet.
  2. Add the onion and okra.
  3. Cook mixture until onion is soft.
  4. Add tomatoes and spices to the skillet.
  5. Mix well. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in shrimp and crab meat and cook 10 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice or cornbread.
  8. Serves 6 to 8.
