Shrimp Scampi a La Patrece
- 1 lb raw jumbo shrimp, deveined
- 14 cup Smart Balance butter spread
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 small sprigs pineapple sage, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce (I use Bragg's Aminoes instead)
- 1 small dashes onion salt
- Thaw and peel jumbo shrimp.
- Rinse and drain.
- Melt 1/4 Smart Balance in a large wok.
- Mince two large cloves of garlic into hot oil.
- Add finely chopped rosemary and pineapple sage.
- Add a squirt or two of Worchestershire sauce or Bragg's.
- Cook about 2 minutes until garlic is golden.
- Add shrimp and cook, turning often, for about 6 minutes until opaque.
- Lightly sprinkle with onion salt.
- YUMMY!
