Shrimp Scampi a La Patrece

  1. Thaw and peel jumbo shrimp.
  2. Rinse and drain.
  3. Melt 1/4 Smart Balance in a large wok.
  4. Mince two large cloves of garlic into hot oil.
  5. Add finely chopped rosemary and pineapple sage.
  6. Add a squirt or two of Worchestershire sauce or Bragg's.
  7. Cook about 2 minutes until garlic is golden.
  8. Add shrimp and cook, turning often, for about 6 minutes until opaque.
  9. Lightly sprinkle with onion salt.
  10. YUMMY!
