Pears Helene

  1. Put a pear half in each of 8 dessert dishes.
  2. Mix together the cheese, skim milk, apple juice and vanilla; blend until smooth.
  3. Spoon this mixture on each of the pear halves.
  4. Sprinkle with grated carob and serve.
