Marinated Beef (For Grill) Recipe
- 3 to 4 lbs. chuck roast
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- With meat at room temperature, cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes and add in meat tenderizer.
- Let set for 1 hour.
- Don't use salt.
- Mash garlic with sugar.
- Add in other ingredients into large bowl or possibly marinating dish.
- Add in meat.
- Let marinate for at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Grill approximately 5 - 10 min on each side.
