Tricks to Cooking a Delicious & Tender Steak
- 1 Beef
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Beef tallow (or vegetable oil, butter)
- 1 Your choice of sauce
- Take the meat out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking and pound it to tenderize.
- Use your hands to re-shape the meat back into it's original thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- In a pan that is hot enough to cause the beef fat to smoke, cook one side of the meat on a strong heat until browned.
- Flip it over and cook the other side for 1 minute.
- Then flip over again and cook for another 1 minute to finish.
- Pour over your choice of sauce and serve.
