Tricks to Cooking a Delicious & Tender Steak

  1. Take the meat out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking and pound it to tenderize.
  2. Use your hands to re-shape the meat back into it's original thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a pan that is hot enough to cause the beef fat to smoke, cook one side of the meat on a strong heat until browned.
  4. Flip it over and cook the other side for 1 minute.
  5. Then flip over again and cook for another 1 minute to finish.
  6. Pour over your choice of sauce and serve.
