Twenty First Century Shrimp Cocktail

  1. Place Old Bay, Garlic, Onion Powder & Cayenne in a baggie.
  2. Put shrimp in baggie & toss.
  3. Put olive oil in saute pan on medium heat.
  4. Place shrimp in pan & cook until pink.
  5. (both sides).
  6. Right before they are done, sprinkle brown sugar on shrimp and toss.
  7. I like to eat them hot -- Ummmmm.
  8. You don't need anything to dip into, but Nance's Sharp & Creamy Mustard is a great combo with the sweet & spicy flavor of the shrimp.
